Za prijevod:
Sprocki's 17 inch conversion:PARTS FROM THE SV 1000 NEEDED:- Rims (3,5 x 17 and 5,5 x 17)
- Brake anchor plates
- Rear brake disk
Remark: I also used the SV sprocket carrier, since I got it with the rims and the mounting holes are identical
FRONT:
The DL front brake disks are a match and don't need changes. The front axle must be turned down, because it functions as a spacer as well. As an extra I got a bushing fabricated, which has exactly the size of the front axles turned down portion. This way I am able reversing the 17 inch conversion at any time.
Because the axle hole of the SV rim has a bigger size, a custom bushing for bridging the size difference must be fabricated .
REAR:
Basically the same, a bushing must be custom made. The brake anchor plate must be somewhat grind down so it fits in between the wheel and the swing arm with no problem. One more bushing must be fabricated for using with the anchor plate.
General Notes:To be on the safe side, I got all bushings fabricated slightly shorter than the measurements showed they should be. This way nothing bad can happen, e.g. should a bolt get tightened over specs, or similar. Basically all parts where custom fabricated on the go, while we worked. We fabricated the part, mounted it, measured, and did the corrections machining it to the proper size.
